I agree to allow El Roi Dispatch (ERD) to provide dispatch services, including booking loads on my
behalf with brokers and shippers. I understand and accept that ERD charges a service fee (as selected above)
on each load booked.
I acknowledge that this is a load-to-load service with no long-term contract. I may stop using ERD services
at any time, but I agree that for every load ERD book on my behalf, the agreed service fee is due and
payable.
ERD will issue an invoice every Monday for all loads completed in the previous week, and I am responsible
for ensuring full payment on time each week. If I fail to pay, ERD reserves the right to invoice me directly
and/or take legal or collection action to recover unpaid service fees.
